Gastronomy

The restaurant offers the typical cuisine of the mountain area of the Marche.

Fresh pasta and desserts/breakfast pastries are prepared by our cooks on a daily basis.

Our bread, meats and vegetables are furnished by our local producers, if possible.

Among the local products which we often use are truffles from the Sibillini Mountains. They must be used fresh and they have several varieties: whitetruffles, black truffles and scorzone depending on the season.
