San Ruffino di Amandola

San Ruffino is an hamlet of Amandola. It is important for its history, art and sport.

The center of this place is Abbazia dei Santi Ruffino e Vitale (S. Ruffino and Vitale Abbey) a romanic church with a wonderful frescoed crypt that houses the relics of the Saints.

Then the ‘Lago di San Ruffino’ (S. Ruffino Lake), an artificial lake with great enviromental area, where tourist could make sports and watersports.
